With composite veneers there is minimal, if any prep. This means your teeth below could remain as they were. Many a time no local anaesthetic is required for this treatment.

The other advantage is that composite veneers have an element of reversibility. With these types of veneers, there is minimal / no prep (cutting) work required on your teeth, so this means that the underlying teeth remain the same and unaffected. They can easily be repaired in the surgery often on the same day.
